One project is located near Bedok Reservoir’s MRT station, between Bedok North Street 3 & Pan-Island Expressway. This project will be near Yu Neng Primary school.
One is near the Bedok Green Primary school in New Upper Changi Road and two stops away from Bedok Integrated Transport Hub.
HDB has announced that it will launch a new 960-unit development in Punggol. This project is to be built on Sumang Lane next to Punggol Reservoir. The development comprises two-room, three-room, four-room and five room flats.
The last BTO project at Punggol was completed in 2019. There may be some unmet demand.
HDB released plans for the integrated developments, which is the key feature of this revitalized estate in October.
The site, bordered on both sides by Tanglin Halt Road & Commonwealth Drive, can be reached in five minutes from the Commonwealth MRT. There is no information on whether more units will be available at this site in the future.
Apartments that are part of this model have extra subsidies. They also come with stricter resale restrictions, like a 10-year minimum occupancy period, or a clawback on subsidy amounts, which is usually 6%.
Due to its proximity to amenities as well as being only 300m away, the development should appeal to buyers.

On the other hand the Bedok projects will include 950 two room flexi flats and 950 four or five room apartments on two plots.
It is the second BTO Project in Tanglin Halt. In the next 10-15 years, 5,500 flats are expected to be built.
The integrated project, which is being built at the former Tanglin Halt Neighbourhood Centre site, will consist of HDB apartments, shops and a market. Queenstown Polyclinic at Stirling Road is also being relocated.
Analysts in property said that the project would most likely be launched using the public housing model for prime locations. This follows the Tanglin Cascadia BTO launch in October.
Rail Green I @ CCK and Rail Green II @ CCK were the first projects to be launched for sales in October.
The largest flats in this railway-themed development proved to be the most popular. Approximately 1.7 first time applicants competed for each of 544 three-generation and five-room flats.
Finally, around 350 two-room flexible, three and four room flats are set to be launched at Hougang St. 13. Bartley MRT is located approximately 850m away.
Even though the project is located far from any MRT/LRT stations, this could still be a negative for applicants.
The largest project of this type will be 1,120 flats in Woodlands. They will include flexi-flats with two rooms, as well three, four, and five room flats. It will be located in Woodgrove Avenue & Rosewood Drive.
Choa Chu Kang is offering 460 two room flexi flats, as well as three and four room flats, along the Pang Sua Canal. A popular hiking path, the Rail Corridor is located next to this development.
This project will be the last of three in the new housing complex built on the Pang Sua Woodland. Urban Redevelopment Authority’s masterplan 2019 for the site did not include green areas. HDB, however, revised its plans for the site in July 2020 to include 2ha more greenery following an environmental analysis and public feedback.
The BTO development of Tanglin Halt, two projects at Bedok, and an integrated housing project in Tanglin Halt will all be selling nearly 4,100 apartments in February 2020.
Also on the market will be Sumang flats by Punggol Reservoir, and a Woodlands project with 1,120 units.
